Peter Hylenski received a Drama Desk Award and an Outer Critics Circle Award Honour for his work on Moulin Rouge! The Musical. Peter Hylenski has won several prestigious awards for his sound design work. He received the Outstanding Sound Design of a Musical award from the Drama Desk Awards for Just in Time, as well as for Moulin Rouge!. He also won Outstanding Sound Design from the Outer Critics Circle Awards for both Moulin Rouge! and King Kong.
