Fitness Tip of the Day: Pick a Buddy to Keep You in Check

Exercising with a partner not only keeps things fun, but also keeps you in check. It's harder to cancel your workout when your partner is counting on you.

For many people, lack of motivation is the #1 excuse for not sticking with any fitness regime. By having a partner present, to motivate, inspire, and challenge you, you will be more likely to stick with your program while having fun at the same time.

Make sure to choose a fitness partner with the same goals and fitness level, however. By choosing someone who enjoys working out and who has similar goals, you can help each other reach triumps and encourage each other towards a healthier lifestyle.<
