Fitness Tip of the Day: Get Active This Memorial Day Weekend
It's Memorial Day weekend, filled with family, relaxation, and sharing great food and drinks with loved ones.
But this isn't an excuse to be inactive. Find a 5K race, go for a family walk, hit the pool (and actually swim!), do some gardening, or just get outside and enjoy the weekend!
Serving up barbecue? Try swapping out burgers for turkey or black bean burgers, fill up on veggie kabobs, go for baked chips and salsa instead of the high calorie chips and dips. Keep away from the little snacks that add on meaningless calories, and limit your alcohol intake.<
