Growing up, Trisha Yearwood's mom would wake up Trisha and her sister, Beth, in the middle of the night to stargaze in their cow pasture. After a little Lemon Blackberry Cheesecake Parfait for dessert, they head outside to watch Mother Nature's stunning spectacle.
