RE/MAX Regional Services Develops Mobile App Exclusively for its Real Estate Brokers and Agents
ALPHARETTA, Ga., Nov. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ Dane Ellison, CEO of RE/MAX Regional Services (RRS), the franchisor organization that supports almost 300 independently owned RE/MAX real estate offices in Southern Ohio, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Southeastern Michigan, today announced that on March 1, 2014, RRS will roll out its own branded mobile app for exclusive use by RE/MAX Brokers and Agents.
"Each agent will be able to customize his or her own App so you could say we are really launching 4,000 different apps," says Ellison. "Everyone in our organization will have the opportunity to uniquely brand themselves and take advantage of one of the most technologically-advanced real estate tools on the market."
Agents, after personalizing their unique app with their photo and contact information, as well as their brokerage firm's branding, will be able to easily share it with their clients through widgets on their websites, a link in their email signature or a text code. The app will show listings under IDX or VOW rules, as applicable.
Most importantly, all leads generated will be routed to the agent the app is branded to, and appropriately tracked, fully integrated and accounted for in the corresponding CRM system.

Homebuyers and sellers will appreciate the app's augmented reality, the ability to compare images from multiple listings side-by-side, automatic map refreshing and much more. This RSS mobile app will feature 'Best in Class Mapping' including a full size photo, price, address, MLS#, and listing the square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

The new RRS mobile app will be available on iPhones and iPads running iOS 5 and later, as well as Android devices running Google Android OS Version 2.2 or higher and be offered as a 'Mobile Marketing Suite', including Sign Rider Voice, Text, and QR codes; Mobile Web and Apps.
