THE AVENGERS Takes in 2nd Highest Single-Day Gross of All Time


According to news released by The Hollywood Reporter, Disney and Marvel Studios' THE AVENGERS, directed by Joss Whedon, grossed $80.5 million yesterday, May 4, earning the film the all-time second largest domestic gross in a single day.
