LOOPED to Close this Sunday on Broadway - 4/11/2010

LOOPED, the new comedy starring Valerie Harper, written by Matthew Lombardo and directed by Rob Ruggiero, will close this Sunday, April 11. It will have played 27 previews and 25 regular performances at the Lyceum Theatre, 149 West 45th Street. Previews began on February 19 and it opened on Sunday March 14.


The Flea Presents GIRLS IN TROUBLE - 4/11/2010

The Flea Theater announces a second extension of its controversial production of GIRLS IN TROUBLE by playwright provocateur Jonathan Reynolds, performed by The Bats and directed by Jim Simpson. In this bold drama, Mr. Reynolds, whose previous controversial play, Stonewall Jackson’s House (short listed for the Pulitzer Prize), took on issues of racial victimization, has turned his attention to women's rights and abortion. Performances, originally schedule to end March 15, will now continue through April 11th.
