Brill made his Off-Broadway debut in Our Town in 2009 and subsequently appeared in Tribes in 2012. He made his Broadway debut in Act One in 2014, followed by You Can't Take It with You in 2014–2015. His additional theater credits include Illyria (2017), Oklahoma! (2019–2020), A Case for the Existence of God (2022), Uncle Vanya (2023), Stereophonic (2023) and Meet the Cartozians (2025).
