Program description

The BroadwayWorld News Alerts program delivers breaking entertainment news, opening-night announcements, and editorial highlights from BroadwayWorld via SMS text message to subscribers in the United States.

How to subscribe

To subscribe, enter your mobile phone number on the opt-in page and check the consent box. We will send a one-time verification code to confirm the number is yours. Replying with that code completes enrollment.

Message frequency

Up to 5 msgs/week. Frequency may vary based on news events.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. BroadwayWorld does not charge for the alerts; standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.

Consent

By checking the consent box on the opt-in page, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS news alerts from BroadwayWorld at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP.

Cancellation (STOP)

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP you will receive a confirmation that you've been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages unless you re-enroll.

Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact contact@broadwayworld.com.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and recipient device availability.

Supported carriers

This program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and other major and regional carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent record are governed by our SMS Privacy Notice and the broader BroadwayWorld Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share phone numbers collected through this program with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have permission of the account holder of the mobile number you submit. The program is intended for users 13 years of age or older.

Changes to these terms

BroadwayWorld may update these terms from time to time. We will indicate any change in the disclosure version number above and notify active subscribers of material changes via SMS.
