What we collect

• The mobile phone number you provide on the opt-in form
• An optional email address and name, if you choose to provide them
• The date and time you opted in, the IP address you opted in from, and the version of the disclosure language you saw
• A delivery and engagement record for the messages we send you (delivered/failed status, STOP/HELP replies)

Why we collect it

We use your number solely to send the SMS news alerts you signed up for. The consent metadata (timestamp, IP, disclosure version) is retained as legal proof that you opted in, as required by U.S. telemarketing rules (TCPA).

No sharing of mobile information

No mobile information about subscribers to this SMS program (including phone numbers, opt-in timestamps, IP addresses, consent records, and any related opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties.

We do share your number with our messaging service provider (Amazon Web Services / End User Messaging) strictly to deliver the messages you requested. This is a service provider relationship, not data sharing for any third party's purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your mobile number while you are an active subscriber. If you opt out (reply STOP), we keep an opted-out record indefinitely so we can honor your opt-out and demonstrate compliance, but we do not send you further messages.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact contact@broadwayworld.com.
• To request deletion of your record, contact contact@broadwayworld.com.
