Then, Dr. Brendon Ringwood needs to surgically repair the knee of a Lhatese named Gizmo to prevent arthritis from setting in in the future. Later, Tandi the Golden Retriever seeks sweet relief from her itchy skin. Dr. Stephen Waisglass is clued into a likely culprit after taking some skin samples.

He founded Burton Snowboards out of his Vermont barn back in 1977 and helped to create the modern-day snowboard. But a 2015 medical diagnosis challenged Burton to fight his way back to the slopes. Then, we meet golfer Justin Suh, who gives us an inside look at the mental toughness it takes to succeed in golf. Justin's career at the University of Southern California started slowly compared to his dominance at the high school and junior golf levels. But with a level head, Justin was able to turn his game around and get back into the fairway. Then, we meet young golfer Lauren Artis. You can hear the crack of her driver from a mile away, and that drive might even go a mile, but she is playing for more than just golf. Even at a young age, Lauren knows that her golf abilities can take her to a platform where she can make a difference in her community. Plus, we cruise with current U.S. Navy lieutenant turned professional racecar driver, Jesse Iwuji. After playing football at Navy, Jesse was deployed overseas, where he stumbled on a race track and fell in love with the sport. Now an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, Jesse is also a part owner and driver for stock car racing team Patriot Motorsports Group and is a rising figure in racing.

Then, he climbs up Mount Etna in Sicily, where he sees first-hand how volcanic forces from deep under the earth are still changing it! And in Costa Rica, Josh hikes through a cloud forest where paths lead through a jungle-like environment to spectacular geological wonders - waterfalls.

Josh teams up with new friends to help out communities in the Caribbean. First, they sail to the island of Roatán and build a playground out of recycled tires. While Josh digs in and gets his hands dirty, he interacts with the local kids who will soon enjoy this new play area. Next, they travel to Belize to visit the Community Baboon Sanctuary; they plant several trees that will serve as food and habitat for the black howler monkeys before venturing into the forest to see them up close. Josh learns how the monkeys howl to mark their territory, and one even comes down to say hello. The group travels to Cozumel and spends the day with community elders learning about their history and traditions. They learn to make three delicious salsas and then enjoy a fun lesson in salsa dancing. Their last adventure brings them to the coastal waters of Cozumel to build nets for a local team to catch coral gametes when they spawn, which will help ensure the survival of the reef for future generations.

Finally, we will meet a group of fishermen who, for a thousand years, have trained and used the hunting skills of Cormorant birds to help them fish the mighty rivers of Yunnan.

After an initial examination, Dr. Regan Williams suspects a congenital heart defect, but an ultrasound will help further narrow down the issue.

Golfer Freddie Jacobson's son was diagnosed with a rare heart condition that was only fixable with a risky surgery.
