Fitness Tip of the Day: Don't Text and Train
In order to get the maximum results from any workout, you need to be actively engaged for at least 20 minutes with your Maximum Heart Rate at 85%.
You cannot achieve these results if you're on the treadmill, elliptical or stationary bike while texting, reading, checking messages or being distracted in any way. Leave the gadgets in your car and focus exclusively on your workout in order to achive the best results.
