Stephanie Hsu is an award-winning actor known for her work in the Academy Award-winning film Everything Everywhere All At Once. For her role as Joy/Jobu she was awarded the Independent Spirit Award for Best Breakthrough Performance, and nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Some of her other work includes Mei in “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”, which she was also awarded Best Ensemble by the Screen Actors Guild. Hsu originated the roles of Karen the Computer in SpongeBob SquarePants the Musical and Christine Canigula in the cult Broadway hit Be More Chill. On screen she has been seen in Poker Face, Joy Ride, The Fall Guy, American Born Chinese, and more -- most recently, she produced and starred in the Peacock series Laid.
