Netflix released the first video teaser for the Scott Pilgrim anime series. The cast includes Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Satya Bhabha, Kieran Culkin, Chris Evans, Anna Kendrick, Brie Larson, Alison Pill, Aubrey Plaza, Brandon Routh, Jason Schwartzman, Johnny Simmons, Mark Webber, Mae Whitman, and Ellen Wong.

The record-breaking nominations include 27 for the final season of “Succession,” the most of any program and making Emmy history with three nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Additionally, new series “The Last of Us” breaks through, earning major award nominations. “The White Lotus” sweeps the supporting actor/actress.

Yvette Nicole Brown and Television Academy chairman and CEO Frank Scherma will reveal the nominations for the 2023 Emmy Awards. Eligible nominees include Schmigadoon!, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Only Murders in the Building, Ted Lasso, The Crown, The White Lotus, and more. The SUCCESSION series finale entitled “With Open Eyes” delivered nearly 3 million viewers (2.928 million) across Max and linear telecasts Sunday night for a series high performance. This is a 68% improvement over the season three finale of 1.7 million viewers. Prior to the finale, the Sunday night high for Succession was episode six of this year.

Netflix and UCP confirmed an all-new anime series based on SCOTT PILGRIM (official title to be announced), coming soon to Netflix. Bryan Lee O’Malley, the author and artist of the Scott Pilgrim graphic novel series, and BenDavid Grabinski (Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Happily) serve as executive producers/writers/showrunners.

The season four debut of SUCCESSION garnered 2.3 million viewers across HBO Max and linear telecasts, marking a series high. Total viewing for Sunday night was up 62% compared to last season’s premiere (1.4M) and 33% compared to last season’s finale (1.7M), with season 3 episodes going on to average 7.2 million viewers per episode.

The award-winning hit HBO series Succession will conclude with its upcoming fourth season according to the show's creator, Jesse Armstrong.

This is Our Youth, is a play written by Playwright Kenneth Lonergan (The Waverly Gallery) and Screenwriter (Manchester by the Sea). Youth premiered off-Broadway in 1996, and since its premiere has seen productions all over the world on Broadway, in Sydney and Toronto. The most recent Broadway revival featured Michael Cera in the role of Warren and Kieran Culkin in the role of Dennis, featuring Tavi Gevinson as Jessica.

In celebration of its 10th Anniversary, Ferocious Lotus Theatre Company presents EVOLUTION, a festival of six original short plays exploring what it means to be Asian/Asian-American (initially slated to premiere in 2020). This show, a co-production with TheatreFirst, is the Company's first in-person production since the pandemic.
