BIO

Jessie Shelton is an NYC based actor/singer known for 36 Questions: The Podcast Musical, in which she starred opposite Jonathan Groff. She was also one of Hadestown’s original Fates in its original off-broadway debut at NYTW, and is currently reprising this role on Broadway! Other notable appearances include Dawn in Waitress (1st Nat’l tour), Lady Dare Bellingdon in Conflict (Mint Theater), and Cecile in Cruel Intentions: The '90s Musical (Le Poisson Rouge). Film: Feast of the Epiphany. Podcast: Two-Up’s 36 Questions: The Podcast Musical, Shipworm, and Julian Koster’s Orbiting Human Circus of the Air. In August of 2023 she married her handsome-as-he-is-sweet husband Matthew Jacobs. They are proud parents to their equally sweet fur-baby Willow.
