COMPANY on Broadway takes its final bow today, July 31st at 2pm. This gender-swapped revival received five 2022 Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Musical. Upon closing, this revival of Stephen Sondheim’s and George Furth’s COMPANY will have played 300 performances (268 regular performances and 32 previews).

Jeff Kready has announced that he will temporarily be taking over the role of David in Company on Broadway, from July 5-24. He will be playing the onstage husband of his real-life wife, Nikki Renee Daniels, who plays the role of Jenny.

All I knew about COMPANY was that I was entranced by its design (killed it, marketing team), I loved the art on the Playbill, and as a college student, I loved the $59 price tag of the rush ticket even more.   ... As a musical theater major, it was an exceedingly rare thrill to go into a show knowing absolutely nothing about the plot. In hindsight, I do not know if I would have asked for a warning, if I could have gone back in time. 

The thrilling revival of Stephen Sondheim’s and George Furth’s Company, which is the most honored musical of the Broadway season receiving every major award for Best Musical Revival including the 2022 Tony Award, will play its final performance at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre on Sunday, July 31 at 2 PM. A North American tour of Company is planned for the 2023-2024 season.

Last night, the company of Company had lots to celebrate! The show won five awards at the 75th Annual Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Musical. After the festivities wrapped up at Radio City Music Hall, the cast and creatives, along with friends and other members of the Company team, got together to toast the show's success. 

COMPANY director, Marianne Elliott, has made history as the first female to win three Tony Awards for directing!

Doyle discussed how he reacted to his recent Tony nomination for the performance, why Sondheim is the 'Shakespeare' of our time, and how they re-imagined Jamie for the new revival of Company. The interview also featured footage of Doyle performing 'Getting Married Today' and commentary from his Company co-star, Patti LuPone.

During Patti LuPone's appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last month, she filmed an exclusive video, which has now been posted to the show's YouTube channel! In the video, LuPone performs a dramatic reading of an excerpt of one of Colbert's 'Meanwhile' segments.

Producer Chris Harper accepted the award noting that 'One of the things that was so clear to us when we first decided to do this musical was the person that we wanted was Patti LuPone.' He continued, teasing LuPone, 'One of the greatest honors of my career is to pay Patti LuPone's salary.'

Tony nominee Matt Doyle accepted the award with LGBTQ cast members and paid tribute to Stephen Sondheim.

The Tony-nominated Broadway revival of Company has dropped a new video from the show featuring its talented trio of suitors, Bobby Conte, Manu Narayan and Claybourne Elder performing, the classic tune 'You Could Drive A Person Crazy' featuring Katrina Lenk as 'Bobbie.'

This past weekend, Tracie Bennett, Erin Davie, Antwayn Hopper, Michael R. Jackson, John Earl Jelks, Tavon Olds-Sample, Andy Nyman, Soara-Joye Ross, Jessie Shelton, Matthew Sklar, Antoine L. Smith, original cast members Pamela Myers and Teri Ralston, and more were on hand to celebrate the exclusive screening of “Keeping Company with Sondheim”, a documentary from Great Performances on PBS. 

Audiences at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theater are rolling in the aisles eight times a week, partly because of the brilliant performance by the always hysterical Jennifer Simard.

TODAY's Best of Broadway Week continues with Company performing the title song. The performance included Katrina Lenk,  Matt Doyle, Christopher Fitzgerald, Christopher Sieber, Jennifer Simard, Terence Archie, Etai Benson, Bobby Conte, Nikki Renée Daniels, Claybourne Elder, Greg Hildreth, Manu Narayan as Theo, Rashidra Scott, and Anisha Nagarajan.

Katrina Lenk is slated to perform 'Being Alive' from Company on Late Night with Seth Meyers this week. Lenk currently stars as Bobbie in the new gender-bent revival of Company, now playing at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre.
