BIO

Ms. Spanger just starred opposite Dylan Baker in the independent film No Beast So Fierce. She wrote Places I've Lived that she'll perform at 54 Below in January. She played Gwendolyn in The Importance of Being Earnest (David Hyde Pierce, dir.) at Williamstown. Broadway: Original casts of Elf; Rock of Ages; Wedding Singer (Drama Desk nom.) and the revival of Kiss Me, Kate. Other B'way: Urinetown, Sunset Boulevard. Off-B'way: (Originated) Susan in tick, tick... Boom! Nat'l Tours: Rent, Chicago. Regional: world premiere of Robin and the Seven Hoods (Casey Nicolaw, dir.). TV: “Covers,” ”Submissions Only,” "Bored to Death," "Royal Pains," "L&O: SVU," "Six Feet Under," "Michael and Michael Have Issues," "Ed," "Becker."
