These include four Primetime Emmy Awards: one for Outstanding Variety, Music, or Comedy Special for Chris Rock: Bring the Pain in 1997, one for Outstanding Writing for a Variety or Music Program for The Chris Rock Show in 1999, one for Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Series for The Chris Rock Show in 2000, and another for Outstanding Writing for a Variety or Music Program for the same show in 2002. Additionally, he has received three Grammy Awards for Best Comedy Album for his albums: Roll with the New in 1998, Bigger & Blacker in 2000, and Never Scared in 2005.
