Nick Offerman

BIO

American actor, writer, comedian, producer and woodworker. Best know for his role as Ron Swanson NBC's Parks and Recreation. Theatre credits include Ignatius J. Reilly at the Huntington Theatre Company in A Confederacy of Dunces (2015). He received a BFA in theatre from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and then got his start in the Chicago theatre community, where he co-founded the Defiant Theatre, acting in several plays as well as serving as the company’s technical director. He has also worked extensively at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Goodman Theatre, and Wisdom Bridge, among others.
