Orfeh is a singer, songwriter, actress, and recording artist whose career has spanned music, theater, television, film, and voice acting. She first found success in the music industry as one half of the pop duo Or-N-More, whose 1991 gold-certified self-titled album produced the Billboard Hot 100 hit "Everyotherday.

Orfeh is a singer, songwriter, actress, and recording artist whose career has spanned music, theater, television, film, and voice acting. She first found success in the music industry as one half of the pop duo Or-N-More, whose 1991 gold-certified self-titled album produced the Billboard Hot 100 hit "Everyotherday." After the group disbanded, she signed a publishing deal with Warner/Chappell Music, writing and producing songs for other artists, including co-writing "Wishing On You" for the Disney film Model Behavior.


She made her Broadway debut in Footloose before appearing in The Gershwins' Fascinating Rhythm and starring as Annette in Saturday Night Fever. Her theater career also includes leading roles in Love, Janis and The Great American Trailer Park Musical. In 2007, she earned Tony, Drama Desk, and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations for her acclaimed performance as Paulette in Legally Blonde. She later starred as Kit De Luca in Pretty Woman, appeared in the 50th anniversary concert of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, joined the Broadway cast of Chicago as Matron "Mama" Morton in 2024, and made her West End debut originating the role of Tess in Burlesque at London's Savoy Theatre in 2025.

Beyond the stage, Orfeh has appeared in television series including Gossip Girl, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Sex and the City. She is also an accomplished voice actor, contributing to video games including Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and The Warriors, as well as commercial voiceover work.

As a solo recording artist, Orfeh released her debut album, What Do You Want from Me, in 2008 and has continued to release singles and collaborate with fellow artists, including recordings for Michael Mott's Where the Sky Ends, the Broadway charity single "What the World Needs Now Is Love," the live concert album Legally Bound: Live at Feinstein's/54 Below, and a 2023 cover of the Eagles' "Hotel California."
