BIO
Trisha Paytas moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting and appeared on several television programs, including Guinness World Records Unleashed, The Greg Behrendt Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Who Wants to Be a Superhero?. She created her YouTube channel in 2007, initially posting content related to film director Quentin Tarantino before expanding into fashion, beauty, and relationship videos. In 2010, she appeared on the television series My Strange Addiction. She also appeared in music videos for artists including Eminem, Amy Winehouse, and The All-American Rejects.
From 2013 to 2017, Paytas expanded her online presence with YouTube content, including mukbang and challenge videos beginning in 2014. In 2014, she appeared on the game show Celebrity Name Game. In 2015, she released the music video for her song “Fat Chicks.” In 2016, her EP Daddy Issues debuted at No. 25 on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart. In 2017, she appeared as a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother 20. In 2019, she launched her headlining concert series, The Heartbreak Tour.
In 2020, Paytas began co-hosting the YouTube podcast Frenemies with Ethan Klein. That same year, she formed and fronted the band Sadboy2005, which released its debut EP Sadboy2005 (2020) and the EP Trigger Warning (2021). In 2021, she launched an account on the subscription platform OnlyFans. In 2023, she co-hosted the podcast Oversharing and launched her own YouTube podcast, Just Trish Podcast, which expanded to multiple weekly episodes and featured guest interviews.
In 2024, Paytas signed with Creative Artists Agency. She made a guest appearance on Saturday Night Live in December 2024 and performed in the live holiday show Trisha Paytas: Trishmas Live at the Beacon Theatre. In February 2025, she starred in the benefit show Trisha Paytas’ Big Broadway Dream at the St. James Theatre. In 2025, she embarked on her North American concert tour, The Eras of Trish Tour. In October 2025, it was announced she would make her Broadway debut in the second revival of Beetlejuice, performing the role of Maxine Dean from November 4 to November 23, 2025. She was also cast in Season 3 of the HBO drama series Euphoria.
