Toronto's production of Disney's The Lion King is so huge that it has taken over an entire school during rehearsals. On the first day of rehearsals, watch how the school has been transformed to become a rehearsal hall, and check in on the cast being welcomed by producer David Mirvish, executive producer Anne Quart, and director Anthony Lyn.

Rehearsals are underway for Kathryn O'Reilly's bold new play Poisoned Polluted, which opens at The Old Red Lion Theatre this November (5th – 30th).

Based on the novel by C. S. Lewis and directed by Sally Cookson, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe will have its first performance at the Bridge Theatre on 9 November 2019. Today (16 October 2019) rehearsal images are released on the 69th anniversary of the publication of the novel. Opening night is on 18 November and the production runs until 2 February 2020. The Lion, the gripping, highly acclaimed autobiographical solo show written and performed by Benjamin Scheuer, opened last night, February 8th, at the Lynn Redgrave Theater at Culture Project (45 Bleecker Street). Directed by Sean Daniels, The Lion will play an extended engagement Off-Broadway through March 29th, following an award-winning run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and sold-out productions at the Manhattan Theatre Club and London's St. James Theatre.
