Netflix has released the full-length trailer for Eric, a new limited series from Abi Morgan. The series, starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Gaby Hoffmann and McKinley Belcher III will be arriving on Netflix on May 30th, 2024. Set in 1980s New York, Eric is a new emotional thriller from Abi Morgan following the desperate search of a father when his nine-year-old son disappears one morning on the way to school. A new trailer for the Jennifer Connelly-led black comedy has just been released. The film centers on Lucy (Connelly), a former child actress, who seeks healing from the traumas of her life. She embarks on a spiritual retreat, only for it to become anything but healing: she’s easily annoyed by the other attendees and wants attention from the retreat’s new-age guru Elon Bello.
