The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall welcomes audiences back to the theatre for an exciting 2021-2022 season! Many fan-favorite shows have been rescheduled from the previous two seasons, and electrifying new performances have been added to the lineup.

Due to the current month-long lockdown in England caused by the pandemic, the November 19 live stream performance by The Choir of Man is being postponed to Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 7 PM (1:30 AM London time). The show will air only one time that night with no viewing options afterward.

The Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall has provided an update to patrons on the status of the 2020-2021 subscription season shows. The upcoming season's Broadway, Classical and Dance shows are moving to a future season, with many Subscriber Specials moving as well.

Legendary rock musical RENT – with its galvanising story of love and connection – kicks off a vibrant Sydney Opera House summer program full of magic, illusion, music theatre and circus.

The Eisemann Center staff has been working with the producers of the hit show The Choir of Man to create a live virtual concert especially for Richardson/North Texas audiences. That show, The Choir of Man: Live from London, will be available for viewing through a streaming platform for one performance only on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 7 PM. Streaming tickets will go on sale at 12:00 AM on Friday, October 23. 

Due to travel restrictions and the interactive nature of the show, The Choir of Man's Sarasota debut performance at the Van Wezel has been postponed to a future date in January 2022. 

The Van Wezel has announced that the Box Office will reopen to the public on Tuesday, June 16 at 10 a.m. Plexiglass panels have been installed to protect patrons and staff, and social distancing will be required.
