Seeing The Music Man in Mason City just feels right. When the new national tour came through the North Iowa Area Community Auditorium, it felt a little different than seeing a typical touring Broadway show. This is the town where the musical’s creator, Meredith Willson, was born and raised, so the story has a real connection here.

Meredith Willson’s THE MUSIC MAN will march into to the Lied Center for Performing Arts for 5 performances on March 5-8, 2026. Tickets are on sale now!

Syracuse Stage will present an online stream of the world premiere production of Relentless by Rae Binstock from February 19–22, 2026. Directed by Melissa Crespo, the boxing drama was filmed live on stage and will be offered with fixed digital showtimes in partnership with the League of Live Stream Theater.

The St. Louis Theatre Circle has announced their nominations for their annual awards to be distributed on March 23, 2026, at the Loretto-Hilton Center. 172 theatre artists have been nominated in 34 categories honoring the best in St. Louis Theater in 2025. The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis leads all companies with a record-breaking 38 nominations for their productions of Athena, Clyde’s, Emma, Ken Ludwig’s Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood, The Brothers Size, and The Cottage. Emma is the most nominated comedy of the season with 11 nominations.

The Muny has selected the seven teams of directors, choreographers, music directors and lead designers whose creative visions will shape the Tony Award-winning theatre’s 2026 season in Forest Park.

Syracuse Stage will continue its 25/26 season with the world premiere production of “Relentless” by Rae Binstock, a new drama about a former contender, her stubborn coach and their fight over the future of a legendary boxing gym.

THE MUSIC MAN, a six-time Tony Award-winning musical, will open the 25-26 Broadway Series at Pikes Peak Center from February 24-26, featuring classic songs and a family-friendly storyline.
