Carey Mulligan has been nominated for several awards throughout her career. She received nominations for Outstanding Solo Performance at the Drama Desk Awards and the Outer Critics Circle Awards for her role in "Girls & Boys." Mulligan also received a nomination for the Distinguished Performance Award at the Drama League Awards for the same play. In addition, Mulligan received nominations for Outstanding Actress in a Play at the Drama Desk Awards for "Skylight," as well as a nomination for the Distinguished Performance Award at the Drama League Awards. She was also nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play at the Tony Awards for her performance in "Skylight." Mulligan received further recognition for her work in "Through a Glass Darkly," earning nominations for Outstanding Actress in a Play at the Drama Desk Awards and the Distinguished Performance Award at the Drama League Awards. She was also nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress at The Lortels for the same play. Lastly, Mulligan received a nomination for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Play at the Drama Desk Awards for her role in "The Seagull."
