Universal Theatrical Group (UTG), Universal Pictures’ live theater division, announced development of the musical IMITATION OF LIFE, based on the novel by Fannie Hurst and the Universal Pictures films, with book by Lynn Nottage, music and lyrics by John Legend, and directed by Liesl Tommy.
A warm summer welcome is headed to Lincoln Square with the return and expansion of Lincoln Square Business Improvement District's FREE lunchtime summer concert series.
It’s called KELLY V. KELLY, but Britta Johnson and Sara Farb’s surprisingly moving new 90-minute musical could be called CAGE V. CAGE. A mother and daughter, locked in a petty legal battle over the latter’s debauched behaviour in 1915 New York, are both looking for some sort of control over lives that have been designed to be as small as possible.
When someone as regal (and bawdy) as Justin Vivian Bond turns 60 years old, it might be time to give whatever equivalent nobility of a Dame we New Yorkers can bestow on this downtown icon.
Inspired by the singular, enduring popularity of the global icon herself and by the excitement surrounding the upcoming release of the Warner Bros. Pictures film, Barbie, HGTV will harness the unmatched power of its corporate siblings to support four nostalgia-filled episodes and execute Barbie-themed cross-network content and promotions.
Following a 3-year wait, The Musical Stage Company has announced the complete cast and creative team for their eagerly anticipated production of KELLY V. KELLY, a new musical from Sara Farb and Britta Johnson and the conclusion of Johnson’s CRESCENDO SERIES residency with the company.

And Mike and his team made it their mission to turn the old properties into beautiful homes.

Keith Robinson is also enjoying the successful premieres of his two Hallmark Channel Original films, 'Sister Swap: A Hometown Holiday' and 'Sister Swap: Christmas In The City'. Both film premiered to great ratings and amazing reviews. The films will continue airing on the Hallmark Channel throughout the holiday season.
Produced by Harvey Mason Jr. and John Legend, the film will incorporate jazz, funk, and soul music, mixed with the French Creole culture, voodoo magic, masquerade of Mardi Gras. It will follow a young ingenue who is mentored by a mysterious old man while singing in a New Orleans nightclub.
Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson lend their considerable complementary talents to help families land a perfect home in their ideal neighborhood.
