Off-Broadway credits include Head of Passes and Fortress of Solitude (The Public Theater), The Flick (Barrow Street Theatre), Gloria (Vineyard Theatre), Choir Boy (Manhattan Theatre Club, AUDELCO award), The Netflix Plays (Ars Nova) and 10 Things To Do Before I Die (Second Stage Theatre). Chicago and regional credits include Head of Passes (Steppenwolf Theatre Company), Fortress of Solitude (Dallas Theater Center), Good Goods (Yale Repertory Theatre) and Kingdom (The Old Globe). Film and television credits include Equity (Sundance & Tribeca 2016), Louis CK's Horace and Pete, The Big C and Unforgettable. Mr. Beltran received his BFA in dram from Carnegie Mellon University.

WOLF PLAY, TITANIQUE & More Win at the 2023 Lucille Lortel Awards

The 2023 Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway were handed out this evening to recipients in 15 categories, with four honorary awards also bestowed. The Awards were distributed in a ceremony at NYU Skirball hosted by stars of stage and screen: Kevin Cahoon (Tony nominee, 'Shucked'), D'Arcy Carden ('The Thanksgiving Play'), Crystal Lucas-Perry (Tony nominee, 'Ain't No Mo''), Bonnie Milligan (Tony nominee, 'Kimberly Akimbo'), Arian Moayed (Tony nominee, 'A Doll's House'), and Tamara Tunie (The New Group's 'Bernarda's Daughters'). The Lucille Lortel Awards are produced by the Off-Broadway League and Lucille Lortel Theatre, with additional support provided by TDF.

The 2nd Annual Antonyo Awards Will Be Presented in October

 Broadway Black presents The 2nd Annual Antonyo Awards, which honors Black theatre artists during the 2021-2022 season. The live, in-person ceremony will be held on Monday, October 10 at the legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem (253 West 125th Street). Awards in 29 competitive categories and five honorary categories will be presented along with performances and guest appearances. 

New York Stage and Film Announces Casting; Founders' and Pfaelzer Award Winners

New York Stage and Film begins its summer season in Poughkeepsie on Saturday, July 9 and will run for five weeks to Sunday, August 7 for in-person programming that will support more than 35 new stories for theater, film and television.
