Jon Reinhold joined the Off-Broadway cast of Perfect Crime, on April 2, 2026, stepping in as Inspector James Ascher during Curt Bouril's absence, as the production marks its 39th anniversary.

The Theater Center just announced that Drew Brock Baker has joined the company of NYC’s Longest Running Play, Perfect Crime, celebrating its 39th anniversary this year in the Anne L. Bernstein Theater at The Theater Center. He joins the cast in the role of Lionel McAuley. 

David Butler has ended his remarkable tenure in PERFECT CRIME, having delivered over 8,000 performances as W. Harrison Brent in the Off-Broadway production.

Christopher Douglaston Ryan is now starring as Lionel McCauley in NYC's Longest Running Play, Perfect Crime, alongside John Schneider, Catherine Russell, and David Butler, now playing Off-Broadway at the Anne L. Bernstein Theater.

The longest running play in NYC history, PERFECT CRIME will celebrate its 36th Anniversary on Monday, April 18th in the Anne Bernstein Theater at The Theater Center Theater Center.

Tor Hillhouse has joined the cast of Off-Broadway's PERFECT CRIME, by stepping into the role of Detective James Asher, stepping in for Michael Halling through February 19th.

Perfect Crime, the longest running play in NYC history, will celebrate its 35th anniversary off-Broadway on Monday, April 18th in the Anne Bernstein Theater at The Theater Center.

The Perfect Crime company also features David Butler as W. Harrison Brent, Charles Geyer as Lionel McAuley, Catherine Russell as Margaret Brent, Patrick Robustelli on video as David Breuer as well as Don Noble, Andrea Leigh (ASM) and Louis Crocco (PSM). 

Just in time for the Halloween season, the long-running Off-Broadway whodunit PERFECT CRIME, will be staging PERFECT CRIME THE EXHIBIT: INFAMOUS UNSOLVED MURDERS October 1st through October 31stwithin the 4thfloor lobby of the Anne Bernstein Theatre at The Theater Center, 1627 Broadway. Admission is free.
