The Muny has released a new video honoring the legendary Ken Page. The St. Louis native was known as “The Voice of The Muny,” with his voice welcoming audience members to the massive outdoor theatre before each performance since 2013. Impassioned singer and virtuosic guitar player Christopher Paul Stelling is announcing his fifth album today. Titled Best of Luck, the Ben Harper-produced record will be released on February 7 via ANTI-.  Directed by Andrew Anderson, watch the new video for lead single “Trouble Don't Follow Me” below; in it, Stelling traverses the wooded roads of North Carolina in a '60's Ford pick-up truck, until the truck breaks down and he must head towards both his destiny and his destination on foot.

Today, the band has released a mini-documentary on the making of the album's title-track 'Old LP,' which features the band recording the song with guest vocalist Maya Rudolph.

Produced by Ben Harper in Los Angeles earlier this year, Christopher Paul Stelling's new single “Have To Do For Now” is a song about September. “It's about the fear of losing memories and the relief of letting memories go,” Stelling explains. “When imagination starts spinning out and we return to the center, back to the present, where everything is a bit calmer. For me this was the end of something and the beginning of something entirely new.”

Beloved Los Angeles band that dog. -- comprised of guitarist/vocalist Anna Waronker, drummer Tony Maxwell, and bassist/vocalist Rachel Haden -- will release their first new album in twenty-two years on October 4th, 2019 via UMe.  The record, entitled Old LP, was recorded over the last three years in Los Angeles, and features guest appearances from Maya Rudolph, Randy Newman, Graham Coxon (Blur), Josh Klinghoffer (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Charlotte Caffey (The Go-Go's), Tanya Haden (The Haden Sisters), violinist Kaitlin Wolfberg, Andrew Dost (fun.), and Steve McDonald (Redd Kross).  A first taste of the album, a totally classic that dog. song, titled 'If You Just Didn't Do It,' picks up beautifully where the band left off in the late 90's.

Breakout band Lawrence debuts the video for their song, “Casualty,” which was produced by rapper, singer and songwriter Jon Bellion. Of the video, Lawrence says, “For the 'Casualty' music video, we wanted to set up a fun live-action video game with an obstacle course that is timed to the massive musical hits that make up the song's foundation. A bunch of cool lights and paint balloons later, we had a pretty cool music video.”
