Playhouse on Park has announced its 2025-26 Season. Subscription renewals for current subscribers and new subscriber subscriptions are on sale now; individual tickets go on sale Monday, August 25th.

Reimagining Cabaret: Journey Through the Genres will be held September 18, 2024, 7:00 pm, at Logan Center for the Arts, Performance Hall.

Sean Harris, Co-Founder and Co-Artistic Director of Playhouse on Park and renowned audition coach, will be holding a week-long acting intensive for high school students through Playhouse Theatre Academy this summer.

Sean Harris and Darlene Zoller, Co-Founders and Co-Artistic Directors of Playhouse Theatre Group, will host COFFEE & CONVERSATION at Playhouse on Park on five upcoming Saturdays from 10:30-11:30am: December 2nd, January 27th, March 16th, June 1st, and July 13th.

What did our critic think of BANDSTAND at Playhouse On Park? The multi-award winning Broadway musical Bandstand has arrived at Playhouse on Park with bells on (That pun is for the horn section.) With music by Richard Oberacker and book and lyrics by Oberacker and Robert Taylor,  Bandstand is set just after the end of World War II. It tells the story about a group of six veterans and a war widow who struggle to cope and find their way back to normal lives. Battling survivor’s guilt, amongst other excruciating mental and physical ailments, they turn to music and form a band with the goal of winning a national song contest.

BANDSTAND (music by Richard Oberacker, with book and lyrics by Robert Taylor and Richard Oberacker) will run at Playhouse on Park July 12 - August 20, 2023. In conjunction with this production, Playhouse and park will be collecting items for the Veterans Affairs (VA) Center for Development and Civic Engagement (CDCE).

Patrons and friends from the Playhouse on Park community tuned in for Playhouse's Season 15 Big Reveal in-person and via livestream; the season was announced by Executive Director Tracy Flater and Co-Artistic Directors Sean Harris and Darlene Zoller.

Paula Vogel's Indecent, now running at Hartford's Playhouse on Park through February 26, dramatizes the production history of a much older play, The God of Vengeance, written in 1907 by Sholem Asch.
