Her theatre credits include Janelle in Marc Bruni and Mark Rubenstein's Beautiful – The Carole King Musical (2016); ensemble in Kwame Kwei-Armah's One Love (2017); Story Jenny in Nigel Harman's Big Fish (ATG, 2017); Radio and understudy Emmie Thibodeaux in Michael Longhurst's Caroline, Or Change at the Playhouse Theatre (2018); Crystal in Stephen Mear's Little Shop of Horrors at the Storyhouse (2019); Linda in Andrew Beckett's Making Porn at Above The Stag (2019); Cassi in Lakesha Arie-Angelo's Shuck 'N' Jive at the Soho Theatre (2019); Nefertari and first cover Tzipporah in Scott Schwartz's The Prince Of Egypt (Neil Laidlaw Productions/West End, 2020).



She has worked in feature films like Yardie (BBC Films/Warp Films, 2017) as the female lead stand-in and Rocketman (Marv Films, 2019) as Sylvia. Tanisha was in the 2017 short film Once An Old Lady Sat On My Chest.
She was part of various recordings such as Stephen Schwartz's The Prince of Egypt Musical Cast Album (2020); her music credits include Lights EP and 11th Floor (Island Records, 2013).

Her work in workshops includes the role of Connie in Confessions (Kansley & Lidert Ltd, 2019); Mrs Goodman in Andrew Keates' Terror At The Sweet Shop (2019); Hera in Adele Thomas' The Trojan Woman (2019).

Her experience in ads involves playing Saskia in the Sewing Machine commercial for Smart Energy (2018) and Hero in She Nose Best for Old Spice (2018).
