BIO

Naomi is a multi-talented performer and artistic creator hailing from the south side of Chicago, Illinois. Naomi has been trained (and continues to train) in dance, music, and theatre for upwards of twenty years.

Ballet being the basis of her early dance training, Naomi appeared in productions with The Joffrey Ballet of Chicago and The Universal Ballet of South Korea as well as several local and national ballet competitions while continuing to study modern dance, jazz, hip hop, latin, west African, and tap. Simultaneously, Naomi began singing in numerous choirs and started formal vocal training, honing her voice to adapt and negotiate varying styles including classical, pop, rock, and R&B. Naomi eventually went on to earn her degree in Drama (B.F.A.) at the Cap 21 Consevatory for musical theatre in the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.
Performing and training in a wide range of genres and styles over the years has molded Naomi into a unique and well-rounded entertainer. Her theatrical credits range from West Side Story (Anita standby, Int’l tour) to The Who’s TOMMY to Hairspray. Naomi has also had the pleasure of working commercially with multiple artists and notable choreographers including Jermaine Browne, Jared Jenkins, and Kellen Stancil for Coco & The Vanity Vixens. She continues to chase her aspirations both in legitimate and commercial performance as well as songwriting and recording in New York City.
