Hugh Coles Biography

Rising star Hugh Coles graduated from LAMDA in 2017 and upon graduating landed one of the lead roles in the summer hit The Festival, his feature film debut, directed by Iain Morris.

He most recently finished working on the BBC series Defending the Guilty for Big Talk Productions, playing young barrister 'Liam' who leads the series alongside Wil Sharpe, Katherine Parkinson and Prasanna Puwanarajah.

Hugh's other screen credits include Urban Myths: The Mysterious Disappearance of Agatha Christie for SKY Arts and the final series of Doc Martin for ITV which he wrapped on in 2019.

Back to the Future marks Hugh’s West End debut.

Sony Masterworks Broadway today releases the Original Cast Recording to BACK TO THE FUTURE - THE MUSICAL.
