BIO
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants was released in 2005, marking one of Blake Lively’s early film roles. In 2006, she co-starred in Accepted and appeared in the horror film Simon Says. She starred in Elvis and Anabelle (2007). From 2007 to 2012, she portrayed Serena van der Woodsen on The CW series Gossip Girl. In 2008, she reprised her role in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.
In 2009, Lively appeared in New York, I Love You and portrayed the younger version of the title character in The Private Lives of Pippa Lee. She played Kristina “Kris” Coughlin in The Town, released in 2010. In 2011, she portrayed Carol Ferris in Green Lantern. In 2012, she starred in Savages, directed by Oliver Stone.
Lively starred in The Age of Adaline (2015). In 2016, she appeared in The Shallows, Café Society, and All I See Is You. She starred in A Simple Favor (2018) and led The Rhythm Section, released in 2020.
In 2021, she made her directorial debut with the music video for I Bet You Think About Me, from the album Red (Taylor's Version). In 2024, she starred in the film adaptation of It Ends with Us.
