The Late Show will celebrate the 15th anniversary of The Book of Mormon next week with a special episode featuring writers Trey Parker, Matt Stone, and Robert Lopez, original stars Andrew Rannells and Josh Gad, and a performance from the Broadway cast.

The Book of Mormon on Broadway is turning 15 this year, and the nine-time Tony Award-winning Best Musical will celebrate the occasion with a few surprises.

The Book of Mormon is now the tenth-longest running show on Broadway. The musical's 5,462nd performance, taking place over the weekend, surpassed the run of the original production of Beauty and the Beast.

With the matinee performance on Saturday, February 22, Broadway’s The Book of Mormon will play its 5,124th performance, passing Rent to become the 11th longest running show in Broadway history.

A combination of both satire and song, audiences were taken on a wild musical theatre ride that elicited irrepressible laughter and feeling.

Performing Arts Fort Worth, Broadway Dallas and Broadway Across America has announced that THE BOOK OF MORMON is returning to North Texas and tickets are on sale now.

Earlier this week, BroadwayWorld reported that James Marsden has set his sites on Broadway. In reponse to the news, Josh Gad took to Twitter to share some Broadway trivia, revealing that Marsden was originally offered the role of 'Elder Price' in The Book of Mormon! 

It might be impossible not to have heard about the musical, The Book of Mormon. Unless you've been locked away from the world for the last couple of years. Oh. Well, pandemic aside, this show needs almost no introduction.
