Moulin Rouge! the Musical on Broadway has released a first look at its upcoming stars – Wayne Brady and Taye Diggs! The new video features a first look at the pair in costume, counting down the days until their first performances later this month.

Nicci Claspell is opening up about making her Broadway principal debut in Moulin Rouge! on Broadway with two hours notice and no rehearsal. Claspell first played Satine on the national tour of the hit musical, covering the role while playing Arabia.

Ashley Loren and Christian Douglas will be Broadway’s next Satine and Christian, respectively, in Moulin Rouge! the Musical on Broadway. They join alongside Wayne Brady as Harold Zidler and Taye Diggs as The Duke of Monroth.

Broadway and classical powerhouses have joined forces for a new recording of “El Tango de Roxanne,” the reimagining of the Police hit, first featured in Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge. Broadway stars Nicole Scherzinger and Ramin Karimloo, along with pianist and producer Chloe Flower, recently teamed up for the the track, recorded at London’s iconic Abbey Road Studios. On Friday morning, Moulin Rouge! stars Jordan Fisher and Solea Pfeiffer visited TODAY to perform from the hit musical. The duo, who previously shared the stage in Hadestown, took the stage to sing 'Your Song.' Watch the performance!

Broadway's favorite love interest, Jordan Fisher, will return to Broadway this spring in the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, Moulin Rouge!. Jordan begins performances in the role of ‘Christian’ starting Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

John Cardoza has announced his final performance as Christian in Moulin Rouge. After six months in the Broadway production and a stint in the musical's national tour, Cardoza's final show will be in April.

On a recent visit to Good Day New York, current Moulin Rouge cast member Solea Pfeiffer took the stage to perform Firework, the Katy Perry staple sung by Satine in the musical. Watch her performance here!
