You have just two months left to catch the reigning Best Musical of 2022! A STRANGE LOOP, the most celebrated new musical of the year, is set to play its final Broadway performance on January 15. 2023.

BroadwayWorld was in the recording studio with Mars Rucker of A Strange Loop as they laid down their vocal track of the song “Misty”.  Originally written by Erroll Garner and Johnny Burker it has been given an updated version for the holiday season with a new arrangement by Ben Cohn who also was the Music Director. Ben Cameron’s Broadway Sessions will continue at The Green Room 42, Thursday, November 3rd. Broadway Sessions will welcome cast members from the Pulitzer and Tony award winning hit A Strange Loop this week. The evening will feature performances by John Andrew Morrison, James Jackson Jr., Zachary A. Myers and up and coming singer Emma Valentine.

The Tony Award-winning Best Musical A STRANGE LOOP will play its final Broadway performance on January 15, 2023. Michael R. Jackson’s A STRANGE LOOP opened April 26, at the Lyceum Theatre. A Strange Loop was named Best Musical by the Tony Awards.

During the interview, the cast of “A Strange Loop” surprised Hudson with a video message, as Michael and Jennifer announced that they will collaborate on a reimagined version of the musical’s song “Boundaries” as a bonus track on the “A Strange Loop” cast album. Bob the Drag Queen will host a Big, Black and Queer Night for the Tony Award-winning Best Musical A STRANGE LOOP on Thursday, October 27, at 7 p.m.

Beginning today, Friday, August 12 at 11AM, same day $55 digital rush tickets will be available for Broadway’s A STRANGE LOOP. Digital rush tickets will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, throughout the day, until 30 minutes before the performance time. One person may buy up to 2 tickets at $55 each.
