This golden-age musical, considered one of Broadway’s most enduring masterpieces, was brought to life with striking precision and artistry that riveled any Broadway show. With a book by Arthur Laurents, score by Jule Styne, and lyrics by a young Stephen Sondheim, Gypsy demands both powerhouse performances and thoughtful direction—and Argenta delivered on all fronts.
