What did our critic think of HADESTOWN at National Arts Centre? Broadway Across Canada’s presentation of the Tony- and Grammy-award winning Hadestown, pulled into the National Arts Centre last night after a seven-week residency in Toronto.
Tony Award winner Ben Platt (Dear Evan Hansen) and Molly Gordon (Booksmart) star in the original comedy Theater Camp as Amos and Rebecca-Diane – lifelong best friends and drama instructors at a rundown camp in upstate New York. The cast also features Patti Harrison, Nathan Lee Graham, Ayo Edebiri, Owen Thiele, Amy Sedaris, and more.
