Laura Donnelly Biography

Laura Donnelly originated her role in The Ferryman in London, winning the Olivier Award for Best Actress, before playing the role in the Broadway production a year later. Her Broadway debut was in The River opposite Hugh Jackman. Career highlights: Jenny Fraser in the Golden Globe-nominated drama "Outlander," "The Fall" with Jamie Dornan, and ABC's "Missing." On film, she portrayed the role of Mabel Tolkien in Tolkien, alongside Nicholas Hoult and Lily Collins.

Donnelly can be seen playing the lead role, Amalia True, in the HBO series The Nevers.
