BEN STEINFELD (Co-Director; Baker) is an actor, director, teacher and musician. Ben has been seen on Broadway in the recent Roundabout Theatre Company revival of Cyrano de Bergerac, and as James Monroe in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson. He has acted in and co-directed Fiasco Theater’s acclaimed productions of Cymbeline (Theatre for a New Audience and the Barrow Street Theatre) and Into the Woods (McCarter Theatre and The Old Globe). He co-directed Fiasco’s The Two Gentlemen of Verona (Folger Theatre), which will play at TFANA this spring. Other regional acting credits include: Misalliance (Portland Center Stage), Design for Living (Williamstown), Room Service (Westport), and ten plays with Trinity Rep. Ben’s television and film work includes: HBO’s "Muhammad Ali’s Greatest Fight," “The Good Wife,†“Law & Order: Criminal Intent,†and the only film adaptation of Christopher Marlowe’s The Jew of Malta. Ben co-authored an essay for the book Living With Shakespeare (Random House), and is an artist-in-residence with New Jersey Symphony Orchestra. Ben is co-artistic director of the celebrated Fiasco Theater. He is a graduate of Brown University and the Brown/Trinity MFA Program.
