Anita Yavich has been nominated for several awards throughout her career. She has been nominated for Outstanding Costume Design of a Musical at the Drama Desk Awards for "Only Gold," "Soft Power," and "The View UpStairs." She has also received nominations for Outstanding Costume Design for a Play at the Drama Desk Awards for "The Legend of Georgia McBride" and for Outstanding Costume Design at The Lortels for "The Legend of Georgia McBride," "The Explorers Club," "Golden Child," and "Venus in Fur." Yavich has also been recognized with the Sustained Excellence of Costume Design at the Obie Awards and for Costume Design at The Hewes Awards for "Measure For Pleasure." Additionally, she has received nominations for Outstanding Costume Design at The Lortels for "The Wooden Breeks" and "Švejk."

Anita Yavich has won several awards for her costume design work. She received the Outstanding Costume Design for a Play at the Drama Desk Awards for "The Legend of Georgia McBride." She also won the Outstanding Costume Design at The Lortels for the same production. Yavich was honored with the Sustained Excellence of Costume Design at the Obie Awards. Additionally, she won the Costume Design category at The Hewes Awards for "Measure For Pleasure."
