The Nancy and David Bilheimer Capitol Theatre in Clearwater will host Don Was and the Pan-Detroit Ensemble on February 12. The concert will feature music from Was’s new album Groove in the Face of Adversity as well as a live performance of The Grateful Dead’s Blues for Allah marking its 50th anniversary. Tickets are on sale now through Ruth Eckerd Hall.
