Rock legend Billy Idol will take his lauded live show back on the road this spring with a run of headline tour dates. Kicking off on March 30 in Scottsdale, the run features performances at various theatres, amphitheaters and festivals, including an appearance at Pasadena’s Cruel World Festival on May 20.

Dedicated at 6212 Hollywood Boulevard in front of Amoeba Music, Idol was awarded his star in the category of Recording. The historic event featured guest speakers Henry Rollins and Shepard Fairey alongside emcee Lupita Sanchez Cornejo of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.  

Billy Idol returns to his hometown of Los Angeles on Wednesday, November 9 to play a run of two intimate performances: an evening show at The Roxy Theatre with support from special guests Huddy and Willem Wolfe as well as an afternoon acoustic set at Amoeba Hollywood with his longtime collaborator, co-writer and guitarist Steve Stevens.

Billy Idol is bringing his The Roadside Tour 2022, to the UK from 13th October. Killing Joke are delighted to be announced as special guests for the tour, after Television were forced to make a late withdrawal, alongside Billy’s other tour guest Toyah. Produced by Butch Walker (Green Day, Weezer) and featuring Idol’s longtime lead guitarist and co-writer Steve Stevens, The Roadside was conceived, recorded and mixed almost entirely under the shadow of the pandemic.
