Hayes Theatre Co has announced the two exceptional performers who comprise the cast of the upcoming musical comedy Murder for Two.

Some of Australia's favourite performers are joining the cast of the multi-million dollar stage production of GREASE, including Patti Newton as Miss Lynch, Marcia Hines as Teen Angel and Jay Laga'aia as Vince Fontaine in the hit musical set to open in Melbourne on 31 December 2023 and in Sydney from March 2024.

Cooper Jordan Entertainment has announced the Off-Broadway Opening of the new musical SAW The Musical: The Unauthorized Parody of Saw coming to The Theater Center (Jerry Orbach Theater) on 50th & Broadway this August after its successful Out-of-Town Tryout in Philadelphia Center City last year.

Featuring a book and lyrics by Bob and Tobly McSmith and music by Billy Recce, the production is directed by Marc David Wright and begins previews on Monday, April 17th, with an official opening scheduled for early June in The Jerry Orbach Theater at The Theater Center.

The John W. Engeman Theater announces the cast and creative team of THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL. Performances begin on Thursday, March 16, 2023, and run through Sunday, April 30, 2023. 

The global musical phenomenon MAMMA MIA! The Musical will be dancing its way into Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne during 2023. Featuring 22 of ABBA's greatest hits, including Dancing Queen, Voulez Vous, S.O.S and Take a Chance On Me, the iconic songs you know and love are guaranteed to have audiences dancing in the aisles when the tour kicks off at Sydney Lyric from May 24, then onto QPAC's Lyric Theatre in Brisbane from August 6 and Melbourne's Princess Theatre from October 4.

Full casting has been announced for the forthcoming UK and Ireland tour of their smash hit production of the musical ANNIE opening at Curve, Leicester on Saturday 25 February 2023. Joining the previously announced Craig Revel Horwood and Paul O'Grady, will be Scottish BAFTA winner Elaine C Smith and Jodie Prenger, all starring as 'Miss Hannigan' at various venues.

Broadway performer Noah Marlowe (Book of Mormon, Mary Poppins, Elf, Act One) announces a benefit concert celebrating Jewish voices in the Broadway community. The concert, produced by Marlowe, will be performed live at The Green Room 42 on November 21 at 9:30pm, and will also be live-streamed to viewers outside of NYC. Money raised from the concert will go directly to support the organizations ADL and StandWithUS.

The Public Theater will begin previews for the Free Shakespeare in the Park production of Public Works’ AS YOU LIKE IT on Wednesday, August 10. Continuing the 60th Anniversary Season at The Delacorte Theater, Public Works’ AS YOU LIKE IT will run through Sunday, September 11, with an official press opening on Tuesday, August 30.
