The Broadway cast of SIX: the Musical appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers to perform 'Get Down.' The performance featured Brittany Mack, Abby Mueller, Samantha Pauly, Joy Woods, Andrea Macasaet, and Nicole Kyoung-Mi Lambert.

Good Morning America celebrated Make-A-Wish’s annual World Wish Day by shining the spotlight on 17-year-old Jillian Sommers, whose wish recently came true backstage at the hit Broadway musical Six. The California native was born with congenital heart disease. Despite her health struggles, Sommers had loved Broadway from an early age.

The North American tour of Six, the musical by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, is back in Chicago, playing at Broadway In Chicago's CIBC Theatre through July 3. BroadwayWorld has an exclusive behind-the-scenes video, in which the leading ladies chat about bringing the beloved show to a larger audience.

Two new ladies are lighting up the stage at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. Joy Woods and Keri René Fuller have stepped into the royal roles of Catherine Parr and Jane Seymour in the hit Broadway musical Six!

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, the North American tour of Six, the new musical by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss. The tour of Six will launch with a return engagement of the show to Chicago and will play at Broadway In Chicago's CIBC Theatre from March 29-July 3. Tickets for the first tour stop are on sale now at BroadwayInChicago.com. Additional tour cities will be announced later this month and throughout the Spring.

Broadway gave Six a royal welcome last night, as the new musical by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss finally opened at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre and BroadwayWorld TV was there to capture interviews & more.

When Broadway shut down last March, the cast of Six was in the midst of getting ready to take their very first, official Broadway bows. Now, a year and a half later, they will at last celebrate their opening night- an event that will be worth the wait.

Get ready, queens! The Broadway production of SIX, the musical by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, will resume performances on Friday, September 17 at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. SIX will celebrate its long-awaited official Broadway opening night on Sunday, October 3, 2021.

Today we celebrate Black History Month by taking a closer look at After Midnight. Directed and choreographed by Warren Carlyle, it played for 273 performances at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. The revue is based on Cotton Club Parade, which ran in concert at Encores! in 2011 and 2012. The revue takes place 'after midnight' in New York's Harlem.

Today we flashback to 2012, when Peter and the Starcatcher arrived on Broadway at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, where it played for 319 performances. Based on the 2004 novel Peter and the Starcatchers by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, the play was adapted for the stage by Rick Elice.

Today we rewind to 2014 to take a closer look at After Midnight, which at the time featured special guest star Vanessa Williams. After Midnight, directed and choreographed by Warren Carlyle, played for 273 performances at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. 

Today we rewind to 2013, when Hands on a Hardbody opened at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. The cast included Keith Carradine, Hunter Foster, Jay Armstrong Johnson, Keala Settle, Allison Case, and Dale Soules. For ten hard-luck Texans, a new lease on life is so close they can touch it. Under a scorching sun for days on end, armed with nothing but hope, humor and ambition, they'll fight to keep at least one hand on a brand new truck in order to win it. On August 19, 2007, Grease was the word for the third time in Broadway history. The revival opened at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre following a nation-wide search for its leading players on NBC's You're the One That I Want, throwing winners Laura Osnes and Max Crumm into the Broadway spotlight. The show, directed by Kathleen Marshall, went on to play for 554 performances.
