The Second Stage Theater production of Gina Gionfriddo’s Becky Shaw is coming to Broadway,  directed  by Trip Cullman. A finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, Becky Shaw received its New York premiere with Second Stage Theater in 2009. Watch in this video as the company chats more about what audiences can expect.

Second Stage Theater has just announced casting for the final two roles in its upcoming production of Gina Gionfriddo’s BECKY SHAW, directed  by Trip Cullman. Emmy Award-nominee Madeline Brewer (You, The Handmaid’s Tale) will play the title role of  Becky Shaw, and Tony Award-winner Lauren Patten (Jagged Little Pill, 2ST’s Days of Rage) will play the role of  Suzanna.  

Working Theater will present its first-ever benefit concert, Off the Clock: Punch Out, Belt Out, with the announcement of a second wave of performers and the addition of Broadway icons Eden Espinosa and Marcia, Marcia, Marcia.

The Festival, a first-of-its-kind three-day outdoor celebration of Broadway’s greatest hits and brightest stars, will come to the Hudson River waterfront, featuring Audra McDonald, Kelli O’Hara and more.

Tony winner Lauren Patten joins Jasmine Forsberg and Corey Mach in the upcoming musical showcase STRIPPED: SABRINA CARPENTER, highlighting the works of Sabrina Carpenter.

Stripped: Sabrina Carpenter, the inaugural concert of the new series from Broadway Sings, has announced its very first lineup. On December 5 at 5pm and 8pm, a cast of Broadway talents will belt out the hits of the pop (and Broadway!) star Sabrina Carpenter, accompanied by a full band at the Cutting Room.
