MAC to School 2025, MAC's 10th annual educational symposium, took place 9/27–28 in NYC. The two-day event featured master classes, panels, and showcases. MAC's 40th Annual Awards follow at Symphony Space on March 23, 2026.

The Manhattan Association of Cabarets will present the upcoming 40th Annual MAC Awards. At the event, MAC will present Lifetime Achievement Awards to two stars of Broadway, television, film and cabaret: Lillias White and Karen Akers. 

Academy Award-winner Anne Hathaway will star in and executive-produce Fear Not, a new limited series from Bash Doran. The show will premiere around the world on Paramount+ next year.

Matthew Martin Ward has made a name for himself as an accomplished Musical Director for many of New York’s cabaret performers, and now, he has taken center stage with his debut solo cabaret “What I Love” on Saturday September 14. When delivering patter, Ward’s distinctive wit was evident, with his deadpan comic delivery landing every time.

Scott Coulter has been announced as a new faculty member for MAC to School, bringing his expertise to the educational program.
