In an Instagram post this afternoon, Jessica Vosk announced that three special guests will join her for California Dreamin': Jessica Vosk Sings the Songwriters of Laurel Canyon, the Lyrics and Lyricists 2022/23 season opener.

The Lyrics and Lyricists 2022/23 season will open with California Dreamin’: Jessica Vosk Sings the Songwriters of Laurel Canyon on November 5, 6 and 7, an intimate exploration of the legendary icons of California’s Laurel Canyon in the 1960s and ‘70s.

For three nights only, from Friday, September 30 through Sunday, October 2, stage and screen performer Jason Gotay (“Gossip Girl,” Evita) brought his breathtaking vocals and gift of storytelling to the Minetta Lane Theatre in a musical narrative about the indelible role that women have played in his life. Jonathan Reid Gealt, New York City based composer, is set for the worldwide release his highly anticipated new studio album ARCHETYPE on Friday December 3rd, 2021. ARCHETYPE marks Gealt’s 4th studio album, following “Whatever I Want It To Be” (2015), “Here For You: Ballads For Broadway Impact” (2013), and “Thirteen Stories Down” (2010).

How would you feel if you could remember every single day of your life? That is the focus of MARILU HENNER: MUSIC & MEMORIES!, which returned this evening to 54 Below. Ms. Henner walked us through some of her favorite memories from her decades in show business. It would actually be more accurate to say she danced us through some of her favorite memories, for Ms. Henner is a performer almost constantly in motion. She has been dancing from the age of two. Her mother ran a dance studio in her hometown of Chicago for 20 years, and Henner is still in fit dancing condition. She is the author of two books about health.
